IBM hires university graduates from across Canada into a variety of New Graduate positions. These outstanding and challenging entry-level IT, sales, consulting, and corporate positions are limited to candidates who have completed their university degree and have less than two years work experience after graduation.  Some roles for MBA candidates include:

Consultant

  • Industry and/or process expert on engagement teams
  • Craft and support the implementation of end-to-end solutions
  • Project management, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Willing to travel to work at client sites
  • Some work/business analyst experience required
  • Typical MBA hire

Business Analyst

  • Analyze and document client application requirements
  • Team player – act as an interface between Sales, Customer Support, and Development Groups

Flexible work environment

IBM offers a flexible workplace based on results, not office time. You are able to come into and leave the office whenever you need to. There will be lots of hard work but the flexibility to complete it in off-hour time. In fact, close to 30% of IBMers work entirely mobile, either at a home office or a client site. IBM offers three weeks of paid vacation immediately, and with 12 holidays per year, this translates to 27 days (5 ½ weeks) of vacation and holidays per year!
